A poem by J.F. Conant

He who loves an old house never loves in vain. How can an old house used to sun and rain, to lilac and to larkspur and an elm above-ever fail to answer the heart that gives it love?

On this day of patriotic celebration....

On this day of picnics, bbqs and fireworks take a moment to remember that freedom isn't free. It is earned.
Thank you to everyone who serves this country no matter in what capacity, from the highest ranking general to the person who picks up trash along the roadsides.  Your service is important. Your service matters!
God bless America!
